Everything you see on this page is self-performed by Unity crews. The only exceptions are specialty trades like masonry chimneys, gas plumbing and electrical — and only with our long-standing licensed partners.

What towns do you serve?

Worcester County and the MetroWest corridor — Grafton, Shrewsbury, Westborough, Northborough, Hopkinton, Sutton, Upton, Millbury, Sudbury, Wayland and surrounding municipalities.

Do you take both residential and commercial?

Yes. Roughly 60% commercial / 40% residential. Each side has dedicated route managers, dedicated equipment and dedicated reporting — they do not share crews mid-day.

Are you licensed and insured?

Massachusetts pesticide-licensed, MA cross-connection certified for backflow, ISA-certified arborists on staff. $2M general liability, full workers' comp, auto on every vehicle. Certificates emailed before any work starts.

How fast can you start?

Maintenance and snow contracts typically onboard in 7–14 days. Construction projects book 4–10 weeks out depending on the season. Emergency drainage and storm work, same week.
