1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Unity Landscaping (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

2. Services Provided

Unity Landscaping provides cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Residential Landscaping
  • Residential Hardscaping
  • Commercial Landscaping
    Commercial Hardscaping

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, season, and specific project requirements.

 

3. Estimates and Pricing 

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and scope changes. Any additional work beyond the original estimate will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

 

4. Payment Terms 

  • A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards
  • Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month
  • Accounts more than 60 days past due may be referred to collections
 

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service schedules are subject to weather conditions and seasonal demands. We will make every effort to notify you of any schedule changes. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of service agreement.

 

6. Property Access and Preparation

To ensure quality service delivery:

  • Customers must provide clear access to work areas
  • Pets should be secured during service visits
  • Vehicles and obstacles should be moved from work areas
  • Customers are responsible for identifying items to be removed before our arrival
 

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Unity Landscaping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions or natural events beyond our control.

 

9. Insurance and Licensing

Unity Landscaping is fully licensed and insured in the State of Massachusetts. We maintain general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Unity Landscaping and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Worcester County, Massachusetts, in accordance with Massachusetts state law.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

13. SMS Messaging Terms

This campaign sends appointment information — confirmation & reminder messages to customers once they have booked an appointment with Loyal Cleaning Services on our website and opted-in to receive promotional and notification SMS from Unity Landscaping.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 2 messages per day. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
